Guilford’s caring citizens are committed to supporting their neighbors
Guilford Cares was founded several decades ago to help Guilford citizens transition from hospital care back to their everyday lives.
Today, the Guilford Cares Board directs a spectrum of activities on behalf of all of our neighbors. Lending a helping hand to our neighbors fosters a stronger sense of community and creates a safer and more prosperous environment for everyone.

No charge or age requirement. Donations are welcome.
What exactly is Tai Chi?
Tai chi is an exercise system combining disciplined, graceful movements with an invigorating sense of the body, mind, and surrounding space. Although the movements are slow, they contain great power. We try to coordinate hand and foot movements, breathing naturally, moving with slow continuous flow. By doing so, we improve strength, balance and posture.
All are welcome to come and try the class, beginning Wednesday, April 17, at 10:30 at Guilford Community Church. No registration required.
